Happy Monday Y’all! Erin here hoping your weekend was lovely! Tara and I recently went to Tampa for the 2012 Special Event Conference. Tara was a featured presenter there as well as promoting the Frank and Lane chairs in the exhibition hall. Throughout the week we met so many amazing, talented, passionate people in our industry. It was such a great experience getting to mingle with everyone! A few attendees even video taped their experience and made a little movie about the 2012 conference. Wow we heard some fabulous news today! The Frank and Lane Chairs, designed by Tara Guerard, are going to appear on several episodes of the Nate Berkus Show! We’ve followed the show for years now, and we are so thrilled they agreed to use the chairs. They must be great if Nate likes them, right?

If you aren’t familiar with the chairs, they make a a lovely complement to any event! We like to dress ours up with fun colors and cushions which makes them so versatile. The “Frank” chair has a dark finish and “X” back. With it’s coloring it goes really well with the farm table look many brides are requesting!

The “Lane” chair has a honey finish that keeps it looking natural. This chair is perfect for an outdoor ceremony because it is a bit more dressy than a folding chair but still very organic looking!

Best part about these chairs? You can buy them or rent them! If you want a few for your dining room table, just check out there website to purchase directly. But if you want to rent them for an event (and we suggest you do!!) then call up our friends at Snyder Event Rentals. Both of the chairs are in stock and ready to rent for the same price as a standard ballroom chair.

Happy Friday Everyone!  It’s “Fabulous Finds Friday” at the Bon Bon.  Now, I’m sure all of you already know and adore Matthew Robbins of Matthew Robbins Design, although, I really can’t say he’s a “find”, he is definitely FABULOUS!  I had the pleasure of having lunch with Matthew on yesterday and he is such an AMAZING person.  I have been a fan of Matthew’s beautiful work for years, so to finally have a chance to meet with him was truly the “icing on the cake”!  Matthew’s new book, Inspired Weddings, is now available for pre-order, so make sure you get a copy!  Thanks again Matthew for a wonderful lunch and great conversation.
